How delivery works
There's no physical product to ship — every order on Keysempire is a digital license key, delivered by email. Here's exactly what happens after you pay:
- Your payment is confirmed instantly by our checkout provider.
- Our system assigns a genuine, unused key for the product you purchased.
- A confirmation email is sent to the address you entered at checkout, containing your key, the official download link, and a step-by-step activation guide.
- The same key and instructions stay available any time under Order History in your account.
Delivery times
The vast majority of orders are delivered within 5–15 minutes of payment, at any hour of the day. During unusually high traffic — for example a major sale — delivery can occasionally take up to an hour.
Delivery time is the same regardless of the product, license type, or your location, since nothing physical ever needs to move.
Check your spam folder: Delivery emails occasionally get filtered by aggressive spam rules, especially on the first order from a new email provider.
Security & fraud review
To keep genuine customers protected from stolen-card fraud, some orders are automatically held for a quick manual review before the key is released. This is more likely on a first order, a high-value order, or when billing details don't fully match the card on file.
If your order is selected, we'll email you directly — usually asking to confirm a billing detail or provide a photo ID matching the cardholder. Reviews are almost always cleared the same day.
Order hasn't arrived?
If it's been longer than 30 minutes and you still don't have your key, work through this quick checklist:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Confirm the email address on your order confirmation was typed correctly.
- Check Order History in your account — your key is always visible there too.
- Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it or investigate right away.
Entered the wrong email at checkout?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct email address. If the key hasn't been delivered yet, we can redirect it before it goes out; if it's already been sent, we can resend it to the right inbox once we've verified you're the buyer.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes — because delivery is entirely digital, it works the same way anywhere with an internet connection. There are no shipping fees, no customs forms, and no import duties, no matter where you're buying from.
