Payment Policy

How we accept, protect, and process your payment — plus what to do if something doesn't go through.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Encrypted Checkout

Every payment is processed over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection, end to end.

Multiple Methods

Cards, PayPal, and other checkout options are shown before you pay.

USD Pricing

All prices on this site are listed in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.

PCI-Compliant Processor

Your full card details are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor, never stored on our servers.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following at checkout, with the exact options shown to you depending on your region and currency:

  • Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • PayPal.
  • Other digital wallets and local payment methods, where offered at checkout.

How your payment is protected

Checkout runs entirely over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection, and your payment is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — the same standard used by major online retailers.

We never see or store your full card number on our servers. Our system only receives a secure, tokenized confirmation that payment succeeded, which is enough for us to release your key.

Currency & pricing

All prices on Keysempire are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless a page explicitly states otherwise. If you're paying with a card issued in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and may apply its own foreign transaction fee — this is set by your bank, not by us.

Declined or failed payments

If a payment is declined, no order is placed, no charge is made, and no key is issued. This usually means the payment method, not our checkout, rejected the transaction.

  • Double-check the card number, expiry date, and CVC.
  • Confirm your billing address matches what's on file with your bank.
  • Try an alternate payment method, or contact your card issuer directly.
  • If you were charged but never received an order confirmation, contact us right away with the date and amount.

Fraud prevention

Some orders are automatically flagged for a quick review — for example when billing details don't match the card, or on an unusually large first order. If this happens to your order, we may ask you to confirm a detail before releasing the key. This step exists to protect genuine customers from stolen-card fraud, and is almost always cleared the same day.

Invoices & receipts

An order confirmation with your purchase details is emailed automatically and always available under Order History in your account. If you need a formatted invoice for business or expense purposes, contact us with your order number and we'll send one over.
